MERK: Nylig oppgradering
Den 24. oktober oppgraderte ParadisePoker upgraded vår programvare, med mange forbedrede funksjoner og ytterligere brukervnnlighet for våre kunder.
Noen Vista brukere har derimot erfart problemer etter denne oppgraderingen når de logger inn på ParadisePoker, hvor programvaren lukker seg og forsvinner uten at kunden har forespurt dette. Dersom dy har erfart dette problemet, kan du løse det på følgende måte, inntil vi har fått fikset dette permanent
• Høyreklikk på ParadisePoker ikonet på desktop (skrivebordet) og velg 'Run as administrator'(kjør som administrator). Dette trenger du kun gjøre en gang, deretter kan du benytte alt som tidligere.
If you are having problems logging in with your existing username or password, then please use our Forgotten Password form to have a temporary password issued to you via email. Once you receive this password you must login to our website and choose a new password. You will then be able to login to the new ParadisePoker.

1. If you have received a bonus code to use with ParadisePoker please be aware that you now enter this code when transferring funds into the poker software, not when making your actual deposit. Each time you login to the ParadisePoker software, you will be presented with a chip transfer screen like the one below :

- Enter the amount you wish to transfer
- Enter your bonus code
- Click Transfer.
Your bonus will be credited to your pending bonus account within 30 minutes.
1. I have heard that ParadisePoker is upgrading its software, why?
ParadisePoker are upgrading to completely new software to give you more players to play against. This will allow Paradise to continue offering the biggest and best promotions and will you give more chances to find a game to suit you. You can now place bets on your favourite sports team through our sister site Sportingbet as well as poker, casino and other skill games. The new software offers improved graphics, higher guaranteed tournaments and fantastic new features such as The Poker Ladder.
2. How are ParadisePoker and Sportingbet related?
In 2002 Sportingbet PLC bought ParadisePoker. Sportingbet are a publicly traded company on the London stock exchange. Paradise have now joined forces with Sportingbet to offer you a total gaming experience using a single account. By combining the players from both Sportingbet and ParadisePoker, we are now able to offer you more action at the tables.
3. How do I upgrade to the new ParadisePoker?
That's simple, simply click the poker desktop icon on your computer and the upgrade should commence automatically. Follow the instructions on screen instructions to install the upgraded software and accept our new licensing agreement. Then login using your existing login details to view the new Paradise Lobby. If you no longer have the ParadisePoker software on your computer and you wish to download again, you can do this by clicking here.
4. I had both ParadisePoker and Sportingbet ParadisePoker installed on my computer. How do I know which account I am logging into?
Once you double click the icon for either installation, the upgrade will remove both your old icons and replace them with a single icon for the new ParadisePoker. You can then login using either of your accounts. However the installation will always be setup for the last account you logged in under and so if you use your other account the software will do a quick upgrade. We recommend that you only use one ParadisePoker account going forward. Please contact support if you have any further questions regarding your ParadisePoker accounts.
5. I am being told that my username or password is invalid, what should I do?
As an added security benefit of our new software your username is now case sensitive (meaning you need to have CAPITAL letters in the right place), unlike in the old software. This means that you must enter the username exactly as it was when you created your account. If you previously had your login details stored on your computer, then it is possible that these details contained the case insensitive username. If you still are having difficulty logging in then please click here to have your login details sent to you.
6. I have upgraded but now cannot find the ParadisePoker icon on my desktop.
As part of the upgrade, we have also upgraded our desktop icon. The new ParadisePoker icon is our logo - the palm tree below.
7. I have followed the instructions and upgraded but the new software / website is in a different language, what do I do?
ParadisePoker now offers websites in 26 different languages. As part of the upgrade process we matched the country you live in with a corresponding language. When you wish to deposit or withdraw funds, you will be re-directed to a website which will be in this local language. We also offer the poker software in 7 languages - English, Spanish, Turkish, French, Italian, Greek and Russian. If you would prefer to have your software in a different language then please contact support
8. It is asking me to choose a new nickname, what happened to my old nickname?
Your nickname is the name which displays when you are seated at a table. By switching software we are now able to offer you more players to play against. This may mean that the nickname you have been using previously is not available in our new software and so we are giving you the opportunity to start afresh, and choose a new nickname. Of course, your old nickname may still be available so if you want to keep it, try choosing this nickname. You will only need to choose your nickname once and this is unique to you within the new ParadisePoker software.
9. I am being asked to transfer money into ParadisePoker when I attempt to login. What does this mean?
In the new ParadisePoker, you can use your funds to play in a number of our products including poker and sports betting. Your account balance normally sits in the Sports betting system and each time you login to ParadisePoker you will be asked how much you wish to transfer. So if your account balance is $50 and you wish to take $30 to ParadisePoker and leave the rest to place a sports bet, then you can do so. If you want to take the full $50 to poker, then this is fine too. You can always transfer more chips at any time by clicking the cashier link in the Paradise Lobby.
10. How do I make a deposit or withdraw my winnings in the new ParadisePoker?
Depositing and Withdrawing is now carried out through the website. When logged into ParadisePoker you will see a cashier link in the bottom right corner of the Lobby. Opening gives you the option to make a deposit or withdrawal. By clicking deposit or withdraw, you will be directed to our website where you need to login. In the new ParadisePoker we offer more payment options that ever before. Once you have made your deposit, return to the ParadisePoker software and using the cashier, transfer your new funds into ParadisePoker. Of course with the new ParadisePoker you can use your deposit to play sports, casino, backgammon and other virtual games. You can do all of this through the website where you have just made your deposit.
11. What has happened to my Paradise Players Club points (PPC) and pending bonus?
We have transferred your PPC points and pending bonus over to the new Paradise, however we have now renamed PPC points as Frequent Player Points (FPP). You can see your current FPP and pending bonus balance in the top right hand corner of the Paradise Lobby at all times. There are now more opportunities to use your hard earned FPP than before and you can find details of our new FPP program by clicking here.
